I did Nutrisystem (successfully) in the early 80s. A feature of the plan was that if you maintained target weight for a year - within 5 lb. - you received a rebate of 50% of your fee. The nurse that weighted plan participants - behind closed doors - told me that some ladies bared all at the weight-in to qualify for the rebate. Money makes people do wild things!
