I do not like to drink my foods either. DS likes smoothies, and I have the protein powder, but did not know how to use it for my food choices. Thank you for giving me some other options to try it with. He uses Whey, less allergy prone than soy for him.

Karen, Designer Protein Powder is a whey based protein powder. It is my own personal choice, and I buy it at Trader Joe's. However, I feel certain that any kind of whey protein powder would work with these recipes.
