This is delicious and quick! As I watched your video, I thought there should be a "Phyllis Collins Rainbow Dish Set" so you always have contrasting, brilliant colors for your presentation. On the other hand, I thought of you while surfing for unique recipes. I will do this with my grandkids when I am with them again. This would be really colorful over toast with the Hollandaise Sauce. http://www.bing.com/videos/search?q=%2bHow+to+make+Groovy+Easter+Eggs&mid=E12A3DE690D3429B97C9E12A3DE690D3429B97C9&view=detail&FORM=VIRE2

Thank you, Alma. You've certainl discovered some colorful easter eggs. =D ... Sometimes I pay more attention to presentation than I do at other times. Mostly it depends on how busy I am...and how hungry I am. My focus in videos is to show the portion size, and what the actual FOOD looks like. Making packaged Hollandaise Sauce is quick and easy, and that's how I like to cook things. I think Simple is good. All of my recipe videos are of me cooking simple, fairly easy, recipes that I, myself, ACTUALLY EAT in my own maintenance diet. I'm personally not a fan of exotic or difficult recipes.

I appreciate you and your endeavors. It is great to drop into the recipes and always find something I can prepare without thinking about it. You have the nutritional values already figured out for me. Thank you for what you do for yourself while selflessly giving back to others at the same time.
