I am enjoying my Magic Bullet. It makes the eggs frothy and a bit lighter than whisking with a fork. You said something very true: I would like more butter on my toast. I would like a whole bagel instead of just a half, with my homemade jam from fruit I pick. However, if I ate all of that at every meal, I would get fat again. Learning to enjoy and be satisfied with less for an individual is foundational to success.

Karen, Before I got my Magic Bullet, I used an electric hand mixer for scrambled eggs. It was a lot more trouble, but I like my eggs really light and fluffy, and whisking just doesn't do that for me. Yes, learning how to enjoy and be satisfied with less is essential, because very few people can tolerate feeling deprived long-term.
