oh wow can i relate to this .. for years now I've been reading research on "healthy living" and the diet is always the number one most important change you're supposed to make if you want to live healthy. There are always exceptions of course but in general if eating something healthier means eating mostly fruits and vegetables, whole grains, lean meats, poultry and fish with very little added fat or sugar .. I think (hope) that's one step closer to healthy living :-)
