Another winner! What type of non stick pan do you like? I am shopping for one and a good one helps with calorie control.

My favorite skillets are by Emeril, I ran across them at Bed, Bath & Beyond, and decided to try them out. However, I ALWAYS, spray every pan I use with a non-stick spray coating like Pam or Crisco, because I like the clean-up ease. It might add a calorie or two, but it is worth it to me.
