1 apple, raw unpeeled. chopped 2 stalks celery, raw chopped 3 oz tuna, water-packed, drained 2 cup lettuce, torn, chopped or shredded 1 Tablespoon light Mayonnaise 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt (Total 0% Fage) Salt and Pepper to taste 4 walnut halves Directions:
Core and chop unpeeled apple, Slice or chop celery, Drain Tuna Mix together. In a separate bowl mix mayo and yogurt together Season with salt and pepper to taste Mix all ingredients together Chop walnuts Tear or cut lettuce leaves, Mix lettuce with tuna mixture, top with chopped walnuts. Makes Two Servings 1 Serving = Calories: 160 Net Carbs 13 grams Protein 14 grams
