first how funny I was just thinking when I read your previous post that it's not a one size fits all world :) I found this video really interesting and it got me thinking. other than the algorithm mentioned I think it would be painful to determine which foods caused a blood sugar spike (as I assume one would have to test ones blood to find that out and that involves needles). I'm still a big proponent of basic calorie counting especially in conjunction with tracking your (average) metabolic burn :) all things in moderation ...
