I wish i did not like the crispy skin. It would save me quite a bit of calories. As it is, I do, andso must account for them. Pappy spices sounds interesting. I will look for it. Don't know if it is in my area.

Karen, that is one of the areas in my life where my tastes changed. Back in the early 1970s when weight watchers convinced us that fat was bad, I reluctantly gave up the skin, and now I don't really care for it. Too bad that never happened for me with sugared treats. =)

Chicken thigh tasted great and I appreciate the nutrition statements. Husband is diabetic and I am overweight so we are doing carb counting. The mint green with black top shows well on you!

Alma thank you. I am pleased that you are finding some of my recipes useful. I'm glad you like my top. I've got two tops like this, identical except that one is yellow with black and one is green with black. I usually wear something different in each video to make them visually more interesting, and it also gives me an opportunity to wear all of the different clothes I've accumulated. After I lost weight, I did an excessive amount of shopping for smaller clothes, and I even turned a spare bedroom into a giant walk-in closet for them. =)
