Karen, I was surprised to learn that I don't really miss the bread when I still get the mustard and mayo taste.

I had this today. I did not want a salad, more of a sandwich, and this fit the bill for me. I used 1/2 oz of cheddar cheese, which the children were also using to make quesidillas. I enjoyed my meal and they enjoyed theirs. I have spread the meat with the laughing cow cheese wedge, which I bought for another recipe, which was also tasty. It is like mix and matching a wardrobe.
