Makes 1 serving
1 pre-made crepe (such as Melissa's 9 inch)
1 oz Havarti cheese
2 oz chicken breast (cooked chopped, or 1/2 5 oz can drained)
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
Spray coat a large and a small skillet with non-stick coating.
Saute onions and mushrooms in small skillet or medium-high heat
Place crepe in warm, large skillet and slightly heat on one side,
then flip crepe over, keep heat on medium-low
Place cheese on top of crepe,
spread out chicken over cheese,
Pour sauted onions and mushrooms over chicken.
Fold crepe together to cover other ingredients.
Spray coat top of folded crepe, and flip over to brown other side.
