Stop Telling Me WHAT and WHEN to Eat or Not Eat.

- POSTED ON: Apr 28, 2016

I identify with you,
John Locke.

Today I feel SO very tired of
the "well-meaning"
but personally-useless advice
from ALL of the so-called "Experts"
in the Diet World.

I understand how you feel especially considering how many of those so-called experts you have read. not that that's a bad thing I know also how much you enjoy reading diet books I'm just saying I can see how it can all get to be too much; I myself have never done well on any specific diet. I hope you are able to find an eating lifestyle that works for you and that you can live with .. and I also hope you continue to find enjoyment in the pursuit <3
